Zeppi's Anisetteliqueur was a rare delicacy, and was previously only served on special occasions.
Anise and fennel, refined with aromatic herbs give Anisette the incomparable taste and the special kind of storage makes its unique digestibility.
Anisette is enjoyed alone or as Longdrick with cola, water, tonic water or lemonade. Connoisseurs drink their coffee by Maltese tradition with a shot Anisette.
Zeppi's Bajtra
Bajtra liqueur, is a sweet, delicate drink made from the fruit which is a member of the Cactus family. The prickly pear was introduced to the Mediterranean region from the Americas towards the end of 15th century. This cactus fruit has lent its enticing fragrance and unique flavour to various local delicacies.
This liqueur tastes very similar to the actual fruit. It can be enjoyed chilled or on ice, served neat or as a long drink, or as an addition to wine coolers or poured in champagne.

Zeppi's Harruba
Zeppi’s Harruba liqueur is made from carob beans which are harvested by Maltese farmers then crushed, roasted and boiled to produce a syrupy liquid with aromas and colour reminiscent of cocoa to which orange extracts are then added.
These fruit beans of the carob tree, has been a prominent component of the Maltese vegetation for several centuries, are also used to produce carob syrup, which is still used as a soothing medicinal for sore throats.
This liqueur can be served chilled, on the rocks and can also be taken neat to close off an exquisite meal.
Zeppi's Honey
Zeppi’s
Honey liqueur comes from a Maltese tradition that was passed on from
generation to generation. The honey used as an ingredient in our
liqueur is supplied by local apiaries and is extracted by bees from
local wild thyme, a wild growing shrub which flowers in early summer.
The process is then a production process with alcohol controlled at
25%. We adopted this formula to produce an exquisite drink with a
heart-warming feeling. Zeppi’s Honey Liqueur is a product of years of
tradition and bounty.It is best served sipped on ice, on its own, or with a dash of lemon.
Zeppi's Rummiena
Rummiena is made from a fruit that has been taking the world by storm. The pomegranate is, in fact, a fruit that has many medical qualities pertaining to health as well as beauty. The pomegranate tree, in Maltese called Rummiena (Punica granatum), has been cultivated in the Maltese Islands for several centuries.
It is recommended that this liqueur is best served chilled or on the rocks or as a base for enticing, imaginative cocktails.
